One of the most memorable moments of your stay could be a refreshing morning walk on our mountain trails. Hope you have your camera to capture wildlife in its natural environment.

Moose, Mule Deer, Elk, Raccoons, Hawks, Porcupine, Squirrels, and Wood Chucks call Sherwood Hills Resort home. Keep an eye out as you hike through the Wellsville Mountain Range and you might catch a glimpse of a Big Horn Sheep that are known to inhabit the area.

The Wellsville Ridge is undoubtedly the best place in Utah to see the magnificent Cooper’s and Red Tailed Hawks. If you are visiting during the fall migration, you will see these raptors riding the updrafts along the western slopes.
